Marketing veteran to handle ForeFront's four brands

Scott Harris has joined ForeFront Group as its director of marketing.

Harris comes to Brentwood-based ForeFront after six years at Thomas Nelson, where he was most recently director of marketing and publicity. During his tenure, he directed the launch and marketing of 18 New York Times and CBA best sellers.

At ForeFront, Harris, who earned his bachelor's in mass communications from MTSU, will manage the marketing and branding for the company's Datrek, Burton, Devant and Miller Golf brands.

"It is a very strategic move for ForeFront to add Scott to the team, and we couldn't be happier with our decision," said Rick Oleksyk, president and COO of ForeFront, which recently moved to a new headquarters in Maryland Farms.
