Beauty products retailer Aveda will open a store in The Mall at Green Hills after Bacon Construction wraps up its renovation of suite 214 there. The job is valued at $150,000.
Electric Service Credit Union will open its second office at 3139 Lebanon Pike. Larry C. Wynns Construction Co. has pulled a $180,000 permit to rehab the building, which used to house a jewelry store. Electric Service is based at NES headquarters downtown.
Harvest Construction Co. LLC will renovate 3,000 square feet on the third floor of Saint Thomas Hospital for Cardio Rehab. The work is valued at $42,000.
