Cardinal Construction Services Inc. has pulled a permit to rehab part of the National Guard complex on Sidco Drive. The job is worth more than $8.5 million.

Harvest Construction will add a classroom to Grace Community Church on Granny White Pike. The work is valued at almost $2.1 million.

Interiors International Inc. will rehab 4,000 square feet of the basement of the Bank of America Plaza to add teller space. The work is worth $300,000.

Maxwell Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc. will reroof Southern Hills Medical Center in a job worth $292,000.

W.T. DuBois Construction is rehabbing for Dunkin Donuts a former White Castle restaurant at Harding and Antioch pikes. The job is valued at $247,000.

Volunteer Corporate Credit Union’s airport-area office will get an interior overhaul courtesy of Batten & Shaw Inc. The job is worth $200,000.

And finally, two smaller medical projects: Southland Constructors will rehab 1,200 square feet for Dale Dunn Family Dentistry on Highway 70 in Bellevue. And DWC Construction Co. is renovating almost 5,000 square feet for Brothers and Sanders Dermatology on 20th Avenue North. The job is worth $110,000.
