CSX leases Grassmere space

Rail giant helps backfill former Verizon space

Transportation titan CSX has leased 19,000 square feet of office space in Grassmere Park.

CSX is taking part of the space Verizon Wireless emptied earlier this year to move to Cool Springs. Accounting firm Horne last month moved a portion of its local office into 14,000 of the square feet Verizon had previously occupied.

Alliance Constructors is doing some work to prepare the space for tenant improvements.

Terry Smith, Drew Robinson and Ryan Rudolph of Nashville Commercial/Cushman & Wakefield represented Grassmere. Rob Lowe and Whit McCrary, both of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, represented CSX.
