Pinnacle recruits First Tennessee county president

Pinnacle Financial Partners has lured the Wilson County president of First Tennessee Bank to work at its main Lebanon office.

Tammy Flanagan spent the last eight years at First Tennessee and was also chair of the bank's Lebanon advisory board. At Pinnacle, she will be a senior vice president, financial advisor and manager of the bank's South Cumberland Street office.

Flanagan is a graduate of the LSU Graduate School of Banking and the American Bankers Graduate School of Bank Investments as well as a senior faculty instructor at the Southeastern School of Banking at Vanderbilt.

“Tammy’s reputation as a financial services and community leader makes her a tremendous addition,” said Scott McCormick, Pinnacle’s area executive for Wilson County.

With about $290 million in deposits, Pinnacle is the second-biggest bank in Wilson County, trailing only Wilson Bank & Trust.
