Brentwood-based surgery center operator Meridian Surgical Partners said today that it has purchased a majority stake in Battle Creek, Mich.’s Brookside Surgery Center.

Brookside will be the seventh facility for Meridian, which is led by CEO Buddy Bacon and President Kenneth Hancock. Others are located in California, Nebraska, Florida, Texas and Pennsylvania.

No financial terms were disclosed.
