People: Manier & Herod names shareholder, adds an associate
Nashville-based Manier & Herod PC recently promoted sixth-year associate Scott Williams to shareholder and added Matthew Salada as an associate.
Williams, 34, focuses on acquisitions, bankruptcies and related corporate work. Salada, 37, will concentrate on labor and employment law.
Prior to joining Manier, Williams was a consultant with Nashville-based Thomas and Thorngren, Inc., an unemployment cost-control consultancy. He earned his law degree at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham and his bachelor's in international studies at Rhodes College, Memphis.
Salada previously served seven years as an associate with The Zinser Law Firm of Nashville. He is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University and earned his bachelor's in political science at West Chester (Pa.) University.
