Brentwood-based recruiting firm USr Healthcare has tapped Judy Fabling to head its east region.

Previously, Fabling worked as the director of clinical recruiting with Iasis Healthcare. She has also previously worked in a similar role with Community Health Systems.

As vice president of the east region, Fabling will oversee recruiting operations for all USr's medical facility clients in the eastern United States
