Recruiter renews contract with Centennial Medical Center

Company that got its start in health care through a pilot program with HCA renews contracts with two facilities owned by the hospital operator

Brentwood-based recruiting firm USR Healthcare has extended its outsource recruitment contracts with Centennial Medical Center for another three years. Under the agreement, USR Healthcare, which provides staffing services to a variety of healthcare organizations, will be responsible for all recruiting on staffing needs for the HCA-owned facility.

Centennial was the first large-scale hospital to completely outsource its facility-wide recruitment when it contracted with USR in 2004. The company, which was started as an offshoot of Virginia-based LAN Solutions, began its work in heathcare recruitment by partnering with HCA in a pilot program in 2002. Following the success of that partnership, the relationship between the two companies has continued to grow.

Another HCA facility, Indiana's Terre Haute Regional Hospital, has also renewed its contract with USR Healthcare.
