St. Thomas has added two more hospitalists to its expanding practice group. Christina L. MacMurdo and Steven Van Hook have both joined the Saint Thomas Hospital Hospitalist Group, the hospital announced this morning.

MacMurdo has spent the last six years working with Vanderbilt University Medical Center in its primary care clinic. Van Hook returns to St. Thomas after working with Austin Infectious Disease Consultants in Texas for the last year. Prior to that he worked as a hospitalist with St. Thomas.

In June the hospital began expanding its hospitalist program adding a number of new doctors
