Tennessee's Commisioner of Transportation Gerald Nicely has been named "Administrator of the Year" by the Tennessee chapter of the American Society for Public Administration, together with the Institute of Government. The announcement comes as part of Public Service Recognition Week, a time set aside to honor Federal, state and local government employees.
