ClientLogic closes Buffalo call center
Nashville-based call center company ClientLogic announced plans Wednesday to lay off the remaining 200 employees in Buffalo, N.Y., where the company was founded in 1990, according to a report in The Buffalo News.
The company said the decision to close its call center there was partly due to difficulties in recruiting and wage rate increases.
ClientLogic, whose clients include Sony Corp., National Geographic Television and United Online, employs 19,000 workers in 14 countries.
