Waller Lansden re-commits to Nashville City Center for 13 years
Waller, Lansden, Dortch & Davis, a Nashville-based law firm with 138 attorneys in its downtown office, has renewed its lease at 511 Union St. in the Nashville City Center, where it has been housed for almost ten years.
The renegotiated 13-year, 148,000 square-foot lease will allow for the firm's future contraction and growth.
Neal Golden and Kay Davis of Julien J. Studley Inc., an Atlanta-based tenant representative firm, was involved in re-negotiating the lease agreement for the law firm.
Waller Lansden, which has a total of 156 attorneys working here, in Columbia, Tenn., and Los Angeles, Ca., also occupies the top floor of the 450,000 square foot Nashville office structure, overlooking the Capitol Building and the Cumberland River. The penthouse suite will be converted into a reception area and conference room for the firm.
