Virsys12 and Emma last week joined with Salesforce.com to host a panel discussion titled "Customer Loyalty: How Better Data Builds Better Relationships" at the Emma offices in the Trolley Barns complex. The panel was attended by about 70 people and moderated by Nashville Technology Council CEO Bryan Huddleston. It featured Emma Marketing Strategist Grey Garner, Tammy Hawes from Virsys12 and Joseph Curtis, a regional manager for Salesforce.com.
