SoBro will soon have another honky tonk, as Swingin' Doors Saloon will soon open in a small, pre-World War II-built structure on Fourth Avenue South sandwiched by Hilton Nashville Downtown and Merchants.

The Metro Historic Zoning Commission recently issues a permit for Sign Me Up! to affix the historic building's exterior with signage. One of those signs, at left, adorns the upper corner of the building's north wall.

Heading the project is Steven Ford, who has in the past been involved with Code Blue (closed), Loser's (in Midtown) and Layl'a (closed).
