Splitting the differences — Frist style

Pierce G. lays out the details of the Frists' finalized divorce.

Among the highlights: Mrs. Frist has the option to keep the couple's Nashville home for five years, while the former Senator gets the vacation homes in Nantucket and Ft. Lauderdale. He'll keep the Belle Meade membership and she is certainly free to apply for a Ladies' membership (for which he'll recommend her). They'll split the investments. No alimony, but Bill will pay a $2.1 million lump sum.
