Among the highlights: Mrs. Frist has the option to keep the couple's Nashville home for five years, while the former Senator gets the vacation homes in Nantucket and Ft. Lauderdale. He'll keep the Belle Meade membership and she is certainly free to apply for a Ladies' membership (for which he'll recommend her). They'll split the investments. No alimony, but Bill will pay a $2.1 million lump sum.

ZocDoc Inc. announced Wednesday that former Senate Majority Leaders Tom Daschle and Dr. Bill Frist have joined its advisory board.

The board provides perspective and counsel to the executive team at New York City-based ZocDoc, a 2007-founded company that focuses on health care access and is undertaking aggressive growth and expansion.
