Zeledyne shuts shop

The former owner of the historic Ford Glass plant on Centennial Boulevard has ceased operations at the last of its plants in Tulsa, Okla. Zeledyne had bought the factories in Nashville, Tulsa and Juarez, Mexico, in the spring of 2008 and had invested in upgrades here. But rumors of another ownership change began surfacing more than 18 months ago and Zeledyne had warned that Tulsa early this year needed to find a new owner.
