New York-based SmartWatt Energy Inc. announced Wednesday it has hired Bernard Hodge as a national accounts project manager to be based out of the company’s recently opened Nashville office.

Hodge has more than 10 years of experience working in the lighting industry, most recently as a project manager for Lumatech Services. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in health sciences and  a minor in business administration.

SmartWatt Energy provides turnkey energy-efficiency solutions for commercial and industrial customers.
