Restaurant wrap: Sloco at the Farmers' Market, Burgers and treats on Church

A couple of quick bites from our steamin' hot restaurant scene: First, from Bites comes word that Jeremy Barlow is preparing to open his second Sloco sandwich cafe in the Nashville Farmers' Market space previously occupied by Arnold Myint's AM@FM concept. Barlow also is exploring taking Sloco beyond Nashville.

Second, Eater Nashville reports that the duo behind Taco Mamacita in Edgehill Village has signed up to lease more than 8,000 square feet at 1700 Church St. (below), where they will set up two eateries, Urban Stack Burger Lounge and sweet treats concept Milk & Honey. Look for the spots to open their doors early next year.
