Record label Average Joe's Entertainment has recruited marketing veteran Britta Coleman from Sony BMG to direct of its label operations. Coleman has worked in the past with Average Joe's boss Tom Baldrica at both BNA Records and Sony.

Nashville music label Average Joe's Entertainment has signed country music duo Montgomery Gentry. Label President Tom Baldrica had worked with the act during his 17 years at Sony.

 “'Hell Yeah,’ Montgomery Gentry is coming to Average Joe’s!” says Baldrica.  “Their music, attitude, and blue collar work ethic are the perfect fit with our label model, and our staff is excited to hit the ground running with Eddie and Troy."
