Titans cut a dozen players, three more must go by Tuesday

The Tennessee Titans made their first cuts of the preseason Monday.

Twelve players — none of them surprises — were released, which reduced the number of players on the roster to 78.
All teams must be down to 75 players by 3 p.m. Central Tuesday.

Those who were cut Monday:

• Cornerback Marc Anthony
• Defensive lineman Lanier Coleman
• Offensive lineman Kevin Danser
• Offensive lineman Tyler Horn
• Wide receiver Julian Horton
• Running back Waymon James
• Cornerback Micah Pellerin
• Wide receiver Jaz Reynolds
• Safety Hakeem Smith
• Wide receiver Derel Walker
• Linebacker Jonathan Willard
