This is the TN Supreme Court

This is the TN Supreme Court version of The Emperor Has No Clothes. The recusing Special Supreme Court Judges' claim, that they had not yet formed an opinion about the contested language at issue after personally founding a lobbying group to support the cause, is so completely disingenuous that children should be encouraged to laugh loud and raucously at their Judicial order. It is an embarrassment to all who love the law and the Constitution.
