Felony theft charges against a former Dean staffer have been dropped:
Precision Autohaus claimed that Tibbs drove off with his car without paying for repairs. They called police and warrants were issued.
Tibbs, however, claims that the car was released to him so he could drive to get a loan for the repairs. On his way back to the shop, the car broke down. So, Tibbs refused to pay and had the car repaired elsewhere.
