That's sort of a strange thing to say
Jim Cooper points out that military personnel and diplomatic staff die, even in peace time. OK, that's a fair point.
But his quote?
“These men – in some cases women – died as victims of terrorists. It was in a different time when we had a great president – Ronald Reagan – who was particularly known for his strength on national defense.”
Out of context, doesn't that sound like a criticism of President Obama?
