Just one teensy weensy little problem with the Senate re-districting bill. They forgot Tipton County. The bill will have to come back and since the governor hasn't signed it yet, there's no real harm done, except wiping the egg off the face. The sponsor of the Senate redistricting measure? Mark Norris. And Tipton County will be in whose district?

"It's ironic that the sponsor of the bill is supposed to be representing Tipton County," Naifeh said. "And he and the speaker of the Senate were in such a hurry to get it passed, they left Tipton County out."
