Odom would not know the truth if it smacked him in the face. Rep Kelsey did not demand a chair spot. He requested consideration. In the text it never mentioned anything regarding ethic complaints being dropped. Wait no charges had been filed so how would Williams know what the game was. Odom is the one that needs to resign. Let’s look at Odom’s past and see if he could pass the test that he is trying to impose on Rep Kelsey. We all know Odom would fail any test given to him on ethics, honesty, morals or values. Odom just go back to your back room and manipulate your own fan club. Nobody trust anything you have to say just ask Bredesen.

Tim, I know you guys can rationalize any hypocrisy in the world, but how you can say with a straight face (well, maybe you were laughing to yourself, I don't know) that Kelsey didn't offer to lay off of Williams in exchange for a chairman's position is just mind boggling.

I actually think conservatives have a mental illness that prevents them from seeing their own hypocrisy, double standards, and illogical nonsense.

As I stated in an earlier post. Pot hello Kettle. Double standards is not a term liberal minded individuals understand. Lying off him in return for a chair spot is not blackmail. Saying I will not continue with the ethic charges if you give me a chair spot, is blackmail. According to Wikipedia, “Blackmail is the crime of threatening to reveal substantially true information about a person to the public, a family member, or associates unless a demand made upon the victim is met." Now where in the text is there a demand made or a threat given. Oh and there is that nasty thing Democrats hate "the Truth"? If Williams says it never happened and he is being truthful then once again it is not blackmail. So that is all about Rep Kelsey. Now on to Odom. He is orchestrating all these false statements and is not being very statesman or representing the people of Tennessee in our interest. We demand Odom step down and resign. He has proven that he is an individual of low morals. He is willing to sell his soul for more power. He has placed William in the position of authority but all the while Odom is under Williams’s desk stroking his ego and directing him on what to do. Odom you are a disappointment to all and the more you stay in the shadows like a criminal the more you show who you really are.

Dear Rep. Odom
As the leader of the Democratic Party I feel it is you responsability to reign in the abuse of committee position that Rep. Sherri Jones is exercising.
Most recently when there were "no" bills before the committee Rep. Campfield adjorned the meeting twice with Jones repremanding him and "lying" say- by rules he cannot adjorn the meeting ( I spoke with Campfield and he assured me that he was in his rights/rules to adjorn)- and prceeded to attack one of the bills that was already rolled to another time.
Just yeasterday she "changed the calender and brought the bill up for today
- most of us that have "real" jobs cannot take off in such a short notice and she is ambushing the opposition again.
I feel she shoud recuse herself due to her bias and abuse of power to kill anything she opposes. There is a need to change committee rules of operation.
I am ashamed to live in her district.
