Senator Joe Haynes invited Ben Cunningham via the post office to take a sales tax holiday and Ben is wondering why he wasn't similarly alerted when his taxes were raised:

I must have missed the mailer that surely was sent last year when taxes were hiked? He just wants to keeps us informed...right?

A tax hike last year? Only if you smoke cigarettes. Other than that, there was a cut in the sales tax on food. But leave it to some people to whine and cry.
