Green Hills-based Anchor Investments announced today it has purchased Hendersonville's Maple Row Shopping Center.
The company did not disclose the acquisition price in a release.
Located at the intersection of Indian Lake Road and Gallatin Pike, Maple Row is a 163,000-square-foot retail strip, including outparcels that include Burger King and SunTrust Bank. The largest space — 90,000 square feet — once housed a Kmart but has been vacant since 2012.
Existing tenants, which include a Dollar General, are a mix of local and national companies, many of which have been located in the strip for decades, according to the release.
