City commissioners in Mt. Pleasant have approved an incentives package for RAE Products, a paper products manufacturer formerly located in Antioch.
The company recently purchased a building in Maury County after outgrowing its Nashville site. According to The Daily Herald, RAE will owe no taxes on real property at the site for the first year. The tax percentage will increase 20 percent each year until it hits 100 percent — about $80,000 worth of incentives.
