The Radnor Baptist Towers apartment building has sold for $9.5 million to Knoxville-based Lawler Wood Housing Partners LLC, The Tennessean reports.
Located at 2110 Nolensville Pike, the 15-story structure is one of the five tallest buildings in Davidson County not located within the Interstate 440 loop of Nashville’s urban core.
Lawler Wood was the buyer, with U.S. Retirement Concepts Ltd. the seller, the morning daily reports.
