Siloam hires development director

Nonprofit clinic Siloam Family Health Center has hired Katie Richards from the YMCA to be its director of development.

Richards most recently was a development director for the Maryland Farms Y and before that was regional training director for the organization. She attended Western Kentucky University and is a member of Fellowship Bible Church.

“We are delighted to welcome Katie Richards to the Siloam family,” said Dr. Morgan Wills, president and CEO of Siloam. “Katie is a warm, energetic, and creative professional who is already very passionate for our mission. In addition to her natural gifts and skills in fundraising, she brings valuable experience in membership engagement, teambuilding, and public speaking.”

Founded in 1991, Siloam runs a 12,000-square-foot facility off Franklin Pike. In its last fiscal year, the nonprofit handled more than 18,000 encounters.
