Franklin Marriott Cool Springs to sell

Crow Holdings Capital Partners, an investment fund associated with the Trammell Crow family, has a contract to acquire the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs for an undisclosed sum, according to Nashville Business Journal.

The hotel last sold in 2007 for $56 million, NBJ reported.

Franklin Marriott Cool Springs, which has 297 guest rooms and three suites, was built 15 years ago. The attached conference center is jointly owned by Williamson County and the city of Franklin. The new owner is investing in a renovation of the hotel and will keep the Marriott brand.

Franklin Realco LLC, which NBJ reported is registered to Atlanta’s Noble Investment Group, owns the hotel.
