Charlotte-based Crescent Communities has begun preleasing at Crescent Cool Springs, a 252-unit luxury apartment community located at the intersection of Carothers and Resource parkways in Franklin.
The 13-acre community includes a selection of attached garages, sidewalks and walking and biking trails.
Fifth Third Bank provided construction financing, with Summit Contractors serving as the general contractor. Historical Concepts provided concept design; Cline Design, architecture; Littlejohn Engineering, civil engineering; and Vignette Interior Design, interior design.
“When Crescent Cool Springs opens this summer, it will give residents the balance they crave — short commutes to work, ways to connect with friends and easy access to everything they like to do,” said Ben Collins, vice president of the Carolinas and Tennessee for Crescent Communities’ multifamily group.
Crescent Communities is also planning a 280-unit luxury apartment and retail building to be located on Division Street between The Gulch and the Music Row Roundabout. It would be Crescent’s first project located within Nashville’s urban core.
