Another beer growler filling station has opened in Nashville, and another one is in the works. Our friend Chris Chamberlain at the Nashville Scene report that the city's newest beer station — The Hop Stop on Gallatin Pike in East Nashville — is open for business.
A venture from the same folks behind Village Pub & Beer Garden, The Hop Stop features 36 taps of craft beer available by the pint or to take home. With its comfy interior, The Hop Stop is more of a bar than a mere growler station, encouraging patrons to sit a spell and interact with the beer expert/bartenders. The Hop Stop also has a menu of gourmet hot dogs, desserts and bar snacks.
Across town, The Beer Pale is "coming soon" following a build-out of the old Hostess Bakery building on Charlotte Avenue, and promises to feature craft beer, growlers and small plates.
