Regent to develop Lenox Village apartment building

Regent Homes is hoping to begin within 45 days on-site work on an $18 million apartment building at its Lenox Village in South Davidson County, the Nashville Business Journal reports. The three-story residential building (see image below) will offer 184 units, according to David McGowan, Regent Homes president. Relatedly, Regent is preparing to go vertical with its 2151 Building in Hillsboro Village. Read more here.
