Digital marketing company Paramore announced today it will move from The Gulch to a much larger space on entire fifth floor of downtown’s St. Cloud Corner Building, located at the corner of Fifth Avenue North and Church Street within the central business district.
With 30 employees, Paramore will be the largest tenant in the St. Cloud Corner Building, taking up approximately 11,000 square feet. The new digs will feature a roof-top balcony that wraps the corner of Fifth and Church.
“This is a to-the-studs renovation,” President Hannah Paramore said in a release. “We’re excited to be a part of the arts scene in downtown Nashville. We feel like it will add a lot to the quality of life for our staff and our client’s experience of working with a creative agency.”
Paramore has worked with several Nashville companies on the move, including Dan Bauchiero and Barry Smith of Eakin Partners (for leasing of the space), Collaborative Studio (design), and Tenant Building Group (general contractor). The company is also working with Truxton Trust, formerly Nashville Bank & Trust, and commercial furniture dealership Facility Planners, Inc.
Construction has begun and Paramore expects to make the move in early fall.
