Texas-based Lincoln Property Company will serve as the developer of the proposed Hope Gardens apartment building that has been discussed since December — with only minimal details available until now.
LPC, which has kept a low profile to date, recently met with local citizens representing the various neighborhoods comprising North Nashville’s Capitol District.
Company officials, who could not be reached for comment Monday, told the neighbors the demolition of the Rosa Parks Boulevard building that last served as a strip mall will take place in August. Move-ins should begin within 20 months of the razing.
LPC's Atlanta office will oversee the project, with Houston-based Meeks + Partners to serve as architect.
