The researchers at Forbes have pulled together a list of what they consider the top 25 places to retire when you're rich. Nearly half of the honorees are on the coasts — California does better on these types of lists when taxes aren't as important — but topping the list is Belle Meade, which beat out parts of the Houston and Denver metro areas. The ranking's methodology focused on factors such as scenic beauty, weather and proximity to quality cultural, medical and airport facilities.
