Proposed One City looks to land Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance as first tenant

The Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance is slated to be the first tenant at One City, the mixed-use development Ohio-based Health Care REIT Inc. plans for a currently unused site located at Charlotte Avenue and the 28th/31st Avenue Connector, according to The Tennessean.

TOA's move to the as-yet-constructed building will need permission from the Tennessee Health Services and Development Agency, as the alliance wants to relocate two MRI machines to the site.

Ryan Doyle, the Brentwood-based Health Care REIT official who is acting as company spokesman for the proposed health-care-oriented development, could not be reached for comment.
