Corner Partnership buys SoBro land
Nashville-based developer Corner Partnership has paid more than $3 million for some parcels of land comprising an entire SoBro block, according to The Tennessean. The land (seen within the center of this image courtesy of Google Maps) is bordered by Second Avenue on the east, Peabody Street on the north, Third Avenue on the west and Lea Street on the south. It sits catty-corner from the site on which Chartwell Hospitality is developing a Hilton Garden Inn (read more here). The Tennessean reports the land is zoned for a building of up to eight stories and that Corner envisions a hotel or residential structure.
