Nashville-based ICA and HealthCare Anytime of San Diego announced today a strategic partnership that will combine the technologies of the two companies.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The partnership seeks to strengthen clinical data transfer and patient engagement applications through a streamlined data gathering, cleansing and delivery process courtesy of ICA’s CareAlign.

Located on West End Avenue, ICA is a provider of interoperability technology that enables care coordination and health information exchange.
