The development team proposing a major mixed-use development for Green Hills — including hotel, retail, restaurant and office space — faces the Metro Planning Commission on Thursday, Jan. 10, to seek a zoning change that would accommodate the project.
Lee Zoller, a spokesman for developer Green and Little LP and GLCZ Cleghorn LP, said the team continues to seek an anchor tenant and will not start the project, for which a name has yet to be announced, until it finds one.
Of note, the building can be constructed up to 105 feet, the equivalent of about 10 stories. Gresham Smith & Partners is handling engineering and design work.
