The Nashville-based International Bluegrass Music Association has received pledges of $5.8 million toward its plans to establish an International Bluegrass Museum Music Center in Owensboro, Ky. The center is slated to house the group's museum collection while offering a 1,000-seat indoor theater and a 2,000-seat outdoor festival space.
