Goodall Homes, a residential building and development company that focuses its work in suburban Nashville, has named iostudio its agency of record. As part of the arrangement, financial terms of which were not disclosed, Goodall Homes commissioned iostudio to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that includes print, digital and video marketing; reporting and analytics; website design and architecture; and media planning.

Founded by Bob Goodall in 1983 and based in Gallatin, Goodall Homes has developed residential communities in Gallatin, Hendersonville, Goodlettsville, Antioch, Lebanon, Mount Juliet, Franklin and Thompson's Station.

In 2012, Goodall Homes co-sponsored Operation Finally Home, a nonprofit program in which a mortgage-free home was built and delivered to an injured veteran. Of note, iostudio publishes NationalGuard.com for the U.S. Department of Defense.
