Dick Clark Productions to be sold
Dick Clark Productions — which licenses and produces, among others, The Academy of Country Music Awards — will be sold to a consortium of private equity firm Guggenheim Partners, Mandalay Entertainment and Mosaic Media Investment Partners, the Los Angeles Times reports.
