Little by little, the Nashville housing market continues to heal itself. The area foreclosure rate dipped to 1.57 percent in June, the lowest level since the fall of 2010 and down 24 basis points from a year earlier, says research firm CoreLogic. The 90-day mortgage delinquency rate also is steadily falling and in June was at its lowest since August 2009. A breakdown of local foreclosure rates by ZIP codes is here.
