Gaylord Entertainment has settled on a price for the more than 5.6 million of its shares that are being brought to market by Robert Rowling's TRT Holdings — and the number would suggest investors are very interested in the company's future as a real estate investment trust. The TRT shares are being sold at $40 even, barely a percentage point below where Gaylord (Ticker: GET) closed Friday trading. The deal, which is being handled by Deutsche Bank Securities, is set to close this week.
