Gilbert Hospital and Florence Hospital at Anthem, both southeast of Phoenix, have chosen the electronic health record systems from Healthcare Management Systems. Both six-year-old Gilbert and Florence, which opened its doors this past March, focus on emergency acute care.

“It was clear from the beginning that HMS understood the needs of our facilities and the patients we serve because HMS has been fully committed to the project and helping us achieve our short- and long-term goals,” said Laurel Molloy, chief nursing officer for Gilbert Hospital.

West End-based HMS works with more than 700 hospitals around the country.
