The plan to develop more than 50 acres at the western edge of Maryland Farms is moving forward. Brentwood planners recently were presented the concept for Virginia Springs, which would comprise two buildings and a parking garage. The property is being marketed by Crews Johnston and Perry Gooch at Cassidy Turley.
