Sales of existing homes nationwide dip to 8-month low
On a sobering note for all those who have been encouraged by some positive local home sales figures of late, the National Association of Realtors reported Thursday that sales of previously owned homes nationwide fell 5.4 percent in June to an eight-month low.
Of some comfort, the decrease is due, in part, more so on a lack of supply rather than on tepid buyer demand.
